We are seeking a pro-active and results-driven Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals, and establishing strong connections with media partners and publishers to accelerate expansion.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their affiliate marketing strategies align with their business objectives and deliver measurable results. Affiliate Program Management: Monitor and manage affiliate program activity, including new affiliate recruitment, to ensure optimal performance. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas of improvement (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.), and present ways to increase client revenue and drive account growth. Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-value partners for client programs, ensuring they become active and productive affiliates. Strategic Planning: Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics based on client-specific goals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, maintaining the integrity of client programs.RequirementsExperience: 3+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required. Affiliate Network Knowledge: Experience with Affiliate Networks (Rakuten, ShareASale/AWIN, Impact, Commission Junction, etc.) is essential.
