This role will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Teams to create a seamless onboarding experience while also working to continuously improve the overall product experience. You will be the primary point of contact for employer administrators and brokers providing education and support. Core ResponsibilitiesManage the initiation of client and internal meetings, facilitate discussion, gather critical information with the client and producer, and timing of deliverablesAccountable for member group escalations of claims and eligibilityCreate and maintain workstream project plans, status reporting, and documentation, including but not limited to decisions, risks, issues, and change controlCollaborate across workstreams understanding work interdependencies and the associated schedule implicationsUtilize critical thinking to assess risks proactively, prioritize issues, and work based on impactCommunicate to stakeholders effectively and conciselyCreatively problem solve and identify process improvements always driving towards operational excellencePrepare and present quarterly reports for business reviewsWhat We Value3-5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, digital health, employer benefits, and other related industriesActive producer licenseSuperior customer service and communication skillsPatient and professional demeanor when handling challenging clientsAnalytical, creative, and compassionate approach to problem solvingIntellectual curiosity—surface level answers don't do it for you.
