This role is not focused on sales, but rather on relationship management, compliance coordination, and internal process optimisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the KYB/KYC process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and full compliance with regulatory requirementsAct as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and throughout the lifecycleConduct monthly account reconciliations with clients, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teamsCoordinate with the Data and Product teams to gather and communicate client-facing reports and insightsTrack and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring the timely collection of paymentsSupport ongoing process optimisation efforts across KYB, invoicing, and client reporting workflows and CRM implementationRequirements:Solid understanding of KYB/KYC regulatory requirementsExperience working with contracts, invoices, and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detailAbility to coordinate across departments (Compliance, Product, Finance, Data)Proactive, client-oriented mindset with a hands-on approachExperience in fintech, legal, compliance, or back-office operations is a plusEnglish fluency is requiredAt P2P.org we have a team of experts with their own unique approach and ownership culture.
