Account Manager

The Junior Account Manager will support the success and growth of Email advertising partners by managing client relationships and ensuring smooth campaign operations. Responsibilities Support the onboarding process for new advertisers across OpenWeb's platforms Assist in managing a portfolio of advertising clients, ensuring a positive experience and strong performance Help monitor email campaign performance and work with internal teams to meet advertiser KPIs Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to execute and optimize campaigns Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsells and renewals (with guidance from senior team members) Help track and organize account activity, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-ups Contribute to improving internal processes to make workflows more efficient and scalable Skills 0–2 years of experience (internships or entry-level roles in adtech, customer success, or account management are a plus) Comfortable working with data (Excel required; experience with tools like Looker is a plus) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities High attention to detail Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal) Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset Collaborative team player Must be available to join us in our NYC SoHo office 3x a week (Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursdays) Benefits Premium health benefits (subsidized in 100% for employees) including comprehensive vision, medical, dental through Aetna. 401k + matching up to 4% Uncapped PTO policy Phone reimbursement Telehealth plan with 24/7 access to a dedicated team of physical and mental healthcare providers.
