Account Lead (Social Ads Focus) – Remote (Philadelphia Preferred)
We are looking for an analytically minded client leader who has expertise in paid social advertising and a passion for helping small businesses grow.
As an Account Lead, you’ll play a critical role in owning client relationships, managing campaigns, and showing the work we do drives meaningful impact for their business.
You won’t just be managing your own clients. You’ll help run Meta ads across the agency, collaborating with other team members to improve their client’s performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Own client communication and relationships
• Manage digital projects end-to-end, from strategy to execution, including creative, media, and results
• Own paid social budgets
• Manage all aspects of social media advertising for the company’s client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to shape this department with your skills and the foundation you build
• Communicate performance insights to internal and external teams
• Collaborate with our in-house graphic design and web teams
What We’re Looking For:
• 2 to 5 years of account management experience
• Hands-on social advertising expertise, specifically Meta platform
• Strong communicator who can lead projects across departments
• Bonus if you can create ad assets (graphics, copy, video) independently
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple clients without missing a beat
• Takes ownership - don’t wait around for permission. You act like this is your business

• Remote-first team, with hybrid options available if you’re in the Philadelphia area
