About the Role:
As an Account Executive - Technical Staffing, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives, hiring managers, and other key decision-makers
Conducting in-depth needs analyses to understand clients' technical staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs
Collaborating with our internal recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services and exceptional client experiences
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical staffing sales, account management, or a related field
Strong understanding of the IT industry, including cloud computing, software development, and emerging technologies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
