About the Role Mangomint is looking for a results-driven, no-nonsense Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with small business owners - not just selling software. You’ll help salon and spa owners modernize how they run their businesses so they can become more profitable and confident operators. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can communicate with warmth, clarity, and hustle you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Become an expert in Mangomint and the salon & spa industry so you can build trust instantly and advise owners with confidence Own the full sales cycle from the moment an opportunity is created through close: discovery, demo, negotiation, and everything in between Run concise, high-energy discovery and demo conversations following our golden script to get to the heart of the customer's needs Manage a steady inbound pipeline efficiently and with urgency. Respond within minutes, not hours Solve for customer pain points , not features- lead with the transformation they'll experience and know when to walk away if it's not the right fit Coordinate closely with the onboarding team to set them up for a successful customer launch by ensuring notes and intros are meticulous Exceed your quota and contribute to a high-performance team.
