Account Executive (Remote)

Position Summary The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business and managing existing client relationships within the sign and graphics industry. This role requires a strong understanding of signage products, consultative selling, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business Consult with clients to understand signage needs, specifications, and project requirements Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendations Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure accurate and timely project execution Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product offerings Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (sign industry or related field preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong knowledge of signage products (wide format printing, vinyl, substrates, installation, etc.) preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Core Competencies Results-driven with strong closing ability Customer-focused with consultative sales approach Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and attention to detail Email your resume [email protected] Ability to work independently and collaboratively Compensation & Benefits In the subject field put your favorite color and favorite season Base salary plus commission structure Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and professional development Preferred Experience Experience in sign manufacturing, print, or visual communications Familiarity with estimating, job costing, and production workflows Existing book of business within relevant industries is a plus Must apply online Salary is commission base.
