Account Executive, Programmatic Sales Reports To: Regional VP, Programmatic Sales & Client Success Location: New York, NY About us With the newly integrated Place Exchange by Broadsign SSP, Broadsigns Sales Organization is growing and looking for a talented Senior Account Executive to light up the world. Broadsign is a leading programmatic ad tech company on a mission to make buying, selling, and delivering out-of-home media easier than ever. Our platform powers the world’s most successful OOH and retail media businesses while enabling agencies and brands to seamlessly plan and execute dynamic OOH campaigns across the globe. Come light up the world as an Account Executive, Programmatic Sales Position Summary Your day-to-day will vary but your mission is simple; as a key member of our Programmatic Team, you will be taking full responsibility for business development activities of enterprise accounts by educating buyers on the new opportunities brought forth by our products. Your territory will consist of media buyers from agencies and brands. You’ll put your sales experience to use by determining client needs and recommending optimal programmatic DOOH proposals and supporting agency-wide agreements. *This is a remote role based in either New York! Of course, if this role speaks to you, you’re someone who has; 2-5 years enterprise-level sales experience in the media world; you understand agencies and what advertisers care about Proven understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem Interest in engaging with new buyers by introducing them to the benefits of programmatic DOOH and the innovative advertising opportunities via the Broadsign programmatic stack Excellent presentation skills - you know how to craft a pitch Great communication and collaborative approach with teammates Technical proficiency in programmatic advertising, including a solid understanding of audience targeting, measurement metrics, and DSP workflows. Operational excellence with CRM tools like Salesforce and a proactive, self-starter mentality toward solving problems and identifying new opportunities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The base salary range for the Account Executive role in the New York Tri-State Area is $80,000 to $110,000 USD per year. We believe in generously rewarding high performance. This role has significant earning potential through commission, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) up to 220,000 USD. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as a candidate's skills, experience, and specific geographic location.
