If you're excited for uncapped growth potential with an innovative company taking a massive industry by storm, drop a resume with Buildforce!This role has three components of pay:Base Salary: $80k-$100k (depending on experience level)Commission: Uncapped commission with accelerator past quotaStock Options: Direct equity ownership in the businessThis role is responsible for:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Arizona, understanding their staffing needs and challenges.Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and industry knowledge.Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in a CRM (Hubspot).Collaborating with the recruiting team to match the right candidates with client requirements.Collaborating with the product team to improve Buildforce’s contractor-facing product.Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related fieldYou are intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix and probably have a local area codeYou have a history of building successful relationships in previous sales rolesYou are aligned with the six Buildforce Cultural Values (see at www.buildforce.com/about)You are fearless and have a high tolerance for rejectionYou have superior communication skillsYou’re a creative, quick-thinking problem solverYou are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRMs like HubspotBenefits & PerksTime Off & HolidaysParental Leave Policy401(k) PlanHealthcare - Medical, Dental & Vision360 Annual Peer Reviews with Opportunities for GrowthReport directly to CEO
