Account Executive - Payment Solutions

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team selling integrated payment solutions. This role involves engaging with new and existing customers, understanding their payment needs, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer and patient experiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson with a strong background in the payments industry, particularly in an integrated/SaaS setting. The Account Executive will work to streamline payment processes, reduce friction in transactions, and ultimately elevate the patient or customer experience. Successful execution includes achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Consultative Selling: Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and payment processing needs. Recommend integrated payment solutions that streamline transactions, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce patient/customer frustration, leading to improved overall experiences.
Patient Experience Focus: Advocate for solutions that improve both the Dental Practice operations and the patient experience. Demonstrate how integrated payments simplify payment options, and provide patients with clear and transparent billing processes, ultimately improving patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Efficiency Focus: Highlight the operational efficiencies businesses can achieve through automation, reduced errors, and faster payment processing. Showcase how integrated payment solutions reduce manual work, optimize back-office functions, allowing employees to focus on delivering better services.
Sales Presentations and Demos: Deliver engaging and effective sales presentations and product demos. Articulate the value proposition of integrated payment systems in a way that resonates with decision makers.
Closing Sales: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for customers.


Candidate qualifications

High school diploma, college degree preferred

At least 3 years sales or account management experience in Payments and ideally in a SaaS environment


Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent written, oral communication and strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence desired results
Stays informed on industry topics and shares thought leadership with our customers and internal teams


Expertise on all software/cloud and eServices

Strong willingness to champion change management, learn new sales techniques, processes and technology


This is a remote Work schedule is 8:00AM – 5PM, depending on geography and territory assigned.
