As a leader on our commercial sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of our GTM strategy. In this role, you’ll lead a team of ambitious Account Executives, guiding and coaching them to ensure the team exceeds quota. This team continues to set the bar high and is energized by the incredible opportunities ahead What You'll DoLead and inspire a group of 8-10 high performing Dandy Account Executives to consistently exceed their goalsCollaborate with senior leadership to set and drive a high bar of performance for the team to ensure team has what they need to deliver at their bestBe a hands-on coach and develop the team on a continuous basis. This includes but is not limited to:Holding 1 on 1 weekly touch bases to ensure team members are always at 110% Coaching to the individual rep and their specific skill setConducting live call reviews weekly to identify and iterate on key focus areasLead by example, occasionally rolling up your sleeves and jumping on calls to demonstrate best practicesConducting weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions to optimize performanceLead weekly team meetings to outline objectives and guidance on ongoing/upcoming initiatives and keep the team feeling motivated and excitedManage escalations, help reps navigate challenging deals, and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to deliver a great outcome for the business and the customerBe an expert in product and process to unblock team members as needed to ensure they can focus on successful sellingOperate with an ownership mentality - be proactive when you recognize an opportunity and tackle it to make yourself and Dandy a better place for all What We're Looking For 5+ years of quota carrying experience 2+ years sales management experience, managing at least 5+ sales reps Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environmentComfort in a fast-paced start-up environment. Must be low ego and have comfort with ambiguity and changeExperience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when neededMust be intellectually curious - dentistry is complex, you must be committed to taking the time to continuously educate yourself on our customer’s industryBonus Points ForYou’ve sold to SMB customers particularly in an antiquated industryExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant parts of Sales tech stack such as GongFor full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
