We’re looking for sharp, creative-minded individuals who thrive on uncovering opportunities others miss. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying high-potential contractor partners to launching and scaling their success within our platform.You’ll be expected to:Relentlessly pursue and qualify new contractor relationships, especially those with significant project volume and multi-trade capabilitiesPresent compelling, solutions-driven value propositions that resonate with contractor decision-makersSeamlessly coordinate onboarding and training with our PDM’s to activate partners quickly and effectivelyMaintain a healthy, transparent pipeline using proven outreach systems and CRM toolsWhat You’ll DoProspect Qualify: Identify and research potential contractor partners, conduct discovery calls, and qualify opportunities based on business volume and strategic fitSales Negotiation: Present partnership value propositions, negotiate terms, and close new contractor partnershipsPartner Launch: Coordinate onboarding processes, conduct training sessions, and ensure successful partner activationPipeline Management: Maintain consistent prospect pipeline using CRM systems and systematic outreach strategiesSell in the Field: Promote Figure at tradeshows – and meet both prospective and existing partners onsite in the fieldWhat We Look ForBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field3-5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services or construction industryRegular travel is expected (i.e. tradeshows, partner onsite meetings)Proven track record of meeting sales targets and strong prospecting skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesExperience in partnership development or channel salesKnowledge of construction industry and contractor operationsFamiliarity with lending products and financial servicesSalaryCompensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000Expected Earnings: $120,000 - $145,000 (commission is uncapped and paid monthly)Equity stock options packageThis is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needsBenefitsComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plansCompany HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefitsEmployer-funded life and disability insurance coverage11 Observed Holidays PTO planUp to 12 weeks paid family leaveContinuing education reimbursementDepending on your residential location certain laws might regulate the way Figure manages applicant data.
