About the OpportunityThe Canada Emerging Markets Account Executive Role provides a unique opportunity to join the top achieving business unit and fastest growing organization within Dayforce sales. This group focuses on delivering best of breed HCM solutions through a supportive team providing an environment to excel.
The Account Executive – Emerging Markets is responsible for selling Dayforce’s HCM solutions to mid-market companies in their assigned geography along with a responsibility to develop and foster new referral and influence partners. We are looking for best in class, talented, driven individuals who can deliver a high velocity sales cycle while providing a strategic sales process.

Virtual (Digital) first role: Remote based with Minimal to Moderate travel required, depending upon assigned territory
Segment focus: 300-1000 employee count (Middle market)

What you’ll get to do
Generate Revenue

Attains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand Dayforce’s value
Develops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography
Leverages knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as well as Dayforce’s HCM capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities
Establishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects using competitive intelligence to best leverage Dayforce
Leads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospect’s needs and business problem(s)
Conducts negotiations on behalf of Dayforce to secure sales that represent good business within current sales framework, authorities, and practices

Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

Captures all relevant information in CRM system
Follows all defined processes and timelines
Keeps current on Dayforce processes and any relevant changes

Maintain technical knowledge

Completes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of Dayforce HCM solutions and how they differ from competitors
Effectively communicates how Dayforce HCM applications solve business problems

Skills and Experience we value

5+ years successful experience in software/technology sales, HCM preferred
Proven track-record of prospecting, developing partner and influence relationships, and closing new business
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years
Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly related field
Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components
Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents
Valid driver's license required

Le chargé de comptes – segment Marchés émergents est responsable de la vente des solutions de gestion du capital humain de Dayforce auprès de moyennes entreprises dans le territoire qui lui est attribué, ainsi que du développement et du maintien de nouveaux partenariats de recommandation et d’influence. Nous recherchons des professionnels de haut calibre, talentueux et motivés, capables de mener un cycle de vente rapide tout en déployant une approche stratégique des ventes.
Poste principalement virtuel : Travail à distance avec déplacements occasionnels à modérés, selon le territoire attribué.
Segment ciblé : Entreprises comptant de 300 à 1 000 employés (marché intermédiaire).
Responsabilités
Générer des revenus

Atteindre le quota de vente en créant et en exécutant un plan d’affaires permettant de surpasser les objectifs financiers et d’accroître la valeur de Dayforce
Entretenir des relations mutuellement bénéfiques avec les cadres supérieurs et autres décideurs clés
Exploiter les connaissances du secteur et des clients potentiels pour créer de la valeur et de nouvelles occasions
Établir et exécuter des stratégies de vente efficaces appuyées par une analyse de rentabilité solide
Diriger les interactions de vente et mobiliser les ressources nécessaires
Mener des négociations afin de conclure des ventes rentables
Assurer l’exactitude et la mise à jour des données clients et des prévisions
Consigner tous les renseignements pertinents dans le CRM
Respecter les processus et échéanciers établis
Se tenir à jour sur les processus et changements de Dayforce

Maintenir les connaissances techniques

Obtenir les certifications en gestion du capital humain et maintenir ses connaissances produits
Communiquer efficacement comment les solutions Dayforce répondent aux besoins d’affaires

Expérience et compétences recherchées

Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en vente de solutions logicielles ou technologiques (GCH/HCM un atout)
Expérience éprouvée en prospection, développement de partenariats et conclusion de ventes
Capacité démontrée à dépasser les objectifs de vente en contexte B2B
Expérience en vente consultative (technologies RH, ERP ou domaine connexe)
Capacité à établir des relations avec des gestionnaires intermédiaires et des cadres supérieurs
Excellentes compétences en négociation
Permis de conduire valide requis
