Account Executive DACH

You will help bring advanced cybersecurity solutions to organizations worldwide and directly contribute to the company’s growth. Tasks Key Responsibilities include: Sales Execution Drive new business acquisition across the DACH region with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise customers Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature Build, maintain and progress a robust and qualified sales pipeline Lead complex sales discussions with senior security, IT and business stakeholders Conduct compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to customer needs Negotiate commercial and contractual terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders Territory & Account Development Develop and execute account and territory strategies across DACH region Prospect and grow relationships within strategic target accounts and priority industries Establish trusted relationships with CISOs, Security Architects, IT leaders and Procurement teams Represent DuoKey at relevant regional cybersecurity events, conferences and industry forums Collaboration & Internal Contribution Work closely with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical workshops, demos and proof-of-concepts Coordinate with SDRs to support outbound initiatives and meeting generation Provide structured market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools and playbooks Share competitive and market insights to support positioning and go-to-market strategy Requirements What you bring 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (cybersecurity, infrastructure or complex software) Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals Solid understanding of the DACH market and enterprise buying dynamics Experience selling security, trust or compliance-related solutions Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance, pharma) Your skill set Comfortable discussing security and cloud concepts with technical audiences Able to engage confidently with C-level, security and procurement stakeholders Strong pipeline and CRM discipline (Hubspot) Willingness to travel across the DACH region as needed Languages German: native or near-native – required English: fluent – required Swiss German and/or French: a plus Mindset Hunter mentality with persistence in complex sales cycles Clear, structured communicator and strong negotiator Autonomous, reliable, and team-oriented in an international environment Benefits Competitive compensation package aligned with market standards Equity participation opportunities in a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up Flexible hybrid / remote working model depending on role and location Paid time off in line with local labour laws Modern offices at UnlimiTrust Cyber Security Campus (Prilly, Lausanne area) for on-site or hybrid roles Attractive OTE structure (base + performance-based variable) Direct exposure to strategic customers, partners and international markets Participation in major industry and business events (it-sa, RSA, Swiss Cyber Storm, etc.) At DuoKey SA, you will: Build and expand the DACH market with a strong focus on enterprise and regulated industries Act as a trusted advisor to customers, working closely with leadership and technical teams Drive adoption of advanced cybersecurity solutions in a highly demanding environment Join a team that values excellence, credibility, long-term relationships and results Location requirement: This role is strictly region-based.
