Account Executive – Cross Sales

Job Summary:

The Account Executive – Cross Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts. This role focuses on understanding client needs, and presenting complementary products or services to maximize account value. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
• Meet and exceed revenue and cross-sell targets on a consistent basis.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in cross-industry or multi-product sales.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and client data.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
