Job Description The Account Executive position is an individual who is responsible for the collection of debts owed to a company or organization. The primary role of an Account Executive is to contact individuals or businesses who have outstanding debts and work towards recovering the owed funds. What You'll Do Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to Initiate contact with consumers via phone calls, emails, or text messages to negotiate payment plans and collect outstanding debts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and collection activities. Review and analyze consumer accounts to determine appropriate collection strategies and prioritize collection efforts Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, or alternative options with debtors, considering their financial circumstances. Handle and resolve consumer inquiries, disputes, and/or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive consumer information and adhere to data protection guidelines. Complete skip-tracing tactics to gather appropriate contact information for consumers. Achieve CCMR3’s monthly targeted growth performance objectives. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by management of CCMR3 Adherence to all CCMR3 policies/procedures What You'll Need Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred Customer service, negotiation, and finance skills Strong communication skills Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing deb collection practices is preferred Must be detail oriented and organized Adherence to ethical standards In joining our team at CCMR3, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
