Responsibilities
Aggressively drive sales growth and market penetration of Ataraxis oncology products through direct, field sales to individual oncologists within your designated territory.

Prospecting new business and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated high-performance sales experience. We strongly prefer candidates with sales experience in oncology, especially in breast cancer.

Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and demonstrated achievement through awards or recognition (e.g., President's Club, Rookie of the Year).

Passionate about AI and innovation in healthcare, driven to learn and effectively communicate AI-based diagnostic solutions.

Autonomous, capable of excelling independently in a hyper-growth start-up environment.

Ability to thrive in a highly competitive environment; demonstrates resilience, urgency, and focus on closing deals.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary plus variable commission, with OTE ranging from $230,000–$250,000. Equity and benefits are also included.
