Gorgias, where every customer interaction feels personal, support becomes sales, and conversations shape success.About the TeamThe Account Executive/Account Management orgs at Gorgias help fuel the growth of Brands around the globe by offering the only conversational AI purpose built for eCommerce to drive sales and resolve support inquires. As the #1 CX and automation platform for eCommerce locally, Gorgias works with hundreds of partners, and nearly 2,000 APAC merchants to support their CX needs. As part of our growth goals, this role will focus on converting prospects into long-term customers. You’ll join a high-performing team (ranked in the top 10% of sales orgs by RepVue) and contribute directly to our growth in Australia and broader APAC markets.What You’ll DoManage the full sales cycle from inbound discovery to demo to closeManage select cross-sell and expansion opportunities (roughly 20% of role) with existing Gorgias customersSell Gorgias’ core product offerings to e-commerce brands across APACOwn a quota, and optimize your process to exceed itPartner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to qualify and convert inbound leadsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer transition post-saleWho You AreA proven sales performer with 2–3+ years of closing experience, ideally in SaaSComfortable running discovery, live demos, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals with new and existing customers.Consistently exceed quota targets; a true "winner" mindsetCoachable, curious, and humble with a strong desire to growEntrepreneurial and self-directed, you thrive in fast-paced and evolving environmentsExcellent communicator and persuasive storyteller with strong listening skillsAble to simplify complex solutions into clear business valueNice to HaveExperience selling to or working within the e-commerce spaceExperience at a tech startup or scale-upBackground as an e-commerce founder or working directly with DTC brandsPerks and Benefits ️ 5 weeks PTO Paid sick leave Paid parental leave (16 weeks) Latest MacBook Pro ️ Paid lunch (included in your base salary) - 5,000 $AUD Superannuation paid even when on leave ‍♀️ $1000 (AUD) work from home stipend Get up to $2800 (AUD) of learning material per year (includes books, courses, training sessions that are easily identified and linked with your job scope.
