Account Executive (AE) - Clue (getclue.com) 100% Remote Role - Construction-tech SaaS startup, PE-backed We're looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our sales team. Clue is a fast-growing, profitable SaaS construction technology company targeting the $2 trillion heavy construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in the Construction Industry, preferably with experience in SaaS software sales. They will be responsible for closing sales and fostering client relationships, working alongside SDRs and the Head of Sales to transform leads into enduring partnerships and propel revenue growth. This role is 100% remote, based in the United States (ideally, in Eastern or Central timezone). Key Responsibilities: β€’ Opener and closer of sales with sub-contractors and equipment owners in the heavy civil construction sector. β€’ Lead negotiations from initial contact to deal closure, in coordination with co-founders and project managers. β€’ Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project implementation. β€’ Be extremely organizaed and use our CRM tools to document all communications. β€’ Typically once a quarter or so, attend trade shows and sales conferences in the US or Canada. Requirements: β€’ At least 2 years of experience as AE with proven track records of exceeding sales quotas of qualified sales presenations. β€’ Background working in the construction industry is a must, ideally with experience selling software services. β€’ Relentless passion to close deals and exceed quota. β€’ Experience with Hubspot, Zoominfo and other sales tools β€’ Interest in a fully remote job and the self-drive required to work effectively without being based in an office. Expectations: β€’ First 30 Days: Gain in-depth knowledge of Clue's products and the market. Begin engaging in sales discussions and building client relationships. β€’ First 60 Days: Meet or exceed target number of sales closures and actively manage a full pipeline of qualified leads.
