Copilot.cx is looking for an Account Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing Sales team and get a chance to play a critical role!

You will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our clients, resolve customer questions, perform demos and offer solutions to drive our company growth.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Work closely with our Sales Development team and Marketing to qualify and develop sales opportunities
β€’ Manage the sales cycle from the demo onwards - proposals, negotiation, legal and other deliverables including handoff to the CSM
β€’ Schedule, present and sell company products and services to new prospects and existing clients
β€’ Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment
β€’ Resolve customer inquiries and uncover key business needs and problems
β€’ Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:
β€’ 3+ years experience working as an Account Executive at a SaaS company
β€’ Familiarity with CRM platforms
β€’ Ability to build rapport with clients
β€’ Strong negotiation skills and navigating contracts and legal discussions
β€’ Deadline and detail-oriented
β€’ Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up
β€’ Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals
