Copilot.cx is looking for an Account Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience to join our growing Sales team and get a chance to play a critical role!
You will be responsible for ongoing business relationships with our clients, resolve customer questions, perform demos and offer solutions to drive our company growth.
Responsibilities:
β’ Work closely with our Sales Development team and Marketing to qualify and develop sales opportunities
β’ Manage the sales cycle from the demo onwards - proposals, negotiation, legal and other deliverables including handoff to the CSM
β’ Schedule, present and sell company products and services to new prospects and existing clients
β’ Meet and exceed revenue targets and quota attainment
β’ Resolve customer inquiries and uncover key business needs and problems
β’ Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
β’ 3+ years experience working as an Account Executive at a SaaS company
β’ Familiarity with CRM platforms
β’ Ability to build rapport with clients
β’ Strong negotiation skills and navigating contracts and legal discussions
β’ Deadline and detail-oriented
β’ Self-starter, energetic, adaptable, inquisitive and excited to work in a start-up
β’ Proven experience in up-sell and cross-sell deals
