About the roleAs an Account Executive at Clarify, you will manage the entire sales and customer lifecycle — from identifying prospects and closing deals to onboarding, retaining, and expanding customers. You will work closely with our Head of GTM to shape our sales playbook, define key processes, and ensure customers succeed with Clarify.What you’ll doIdentify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing dealsHandle renewals, expansions, and upsells across your book of businessSurface customer feedback to product and engineering to influence our roadmapDevelop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficientlyExperiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound effortsDefine and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfactionYour background2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account managementSkilled at discovery, running product demos, and value sellingComfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customersA self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environmentStrong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindsetPassionate about AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflowsBonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation softwareBonus: Early-stage startup experience
