This role is responsible for developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships in complex technology environments.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in enterprise and telco software sales, with a proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. You will leverage a consultative, value-based selling approach to position advanced software and cloud-native solutions that support critical infrastructure and emerging technologies such as 5G and edge computing.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESRevenue Growth: Achieve/exceed sales targets through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business, as well as managing existing customer.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans for the telecommunications and enterprise industriesCustomer Relationship Management: Engage with C-level and decision makers stakeholders, building long-term partnerships and acting as the primary point of contact.Solution Selling: Position Wind River’s software portfolio and cloud-native technologies—to address complex customer needs.Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (technical sales, customer success) to ensure smooth service delivery and maximum account penetration. Requirements and QualificationsExperience: Prior experience in enterprise and telco software sales, specifically within complex technology environments. Selling directly to end users and via partnershipsFamiliarity with the software industry, edge computing in verticals like telecommunication and enterpriseStrong technical value selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in CRM tools in our case Salesforce.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical field. 50%Travel requiredBilingual skills English and SpanishStrong Technical knowledge: focuses on cutting-edge technology for critical infrastructure, including 5G.OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYWind River is committed to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
