About the role The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for HealthBeacon in the US market by expanding accounts and building strong relationships with Specialty Pharmacies and Pharmaceutical partners. The role aligns commercial priorities with HealthBeaconâs digital therapeutics and medication adherence solutions, ensuring clients receive meaningful insights, program value, and strategic support. This position plays a pivotal role in increasing brand presence, deepening client relationships, and supporting HealthBeaconâs commercial success in the US What will you do? Account Management & Client Relationship Building Build, steward, and cultivate relationships with sales targets and current clients in the pharmaceutical and specialty pharmacies. Spearhead pipeline generation and management by overseeing pitch opportunities (inbound/outbound) and partnership negotiation to drive product success. Engage clients regularly to provide updates, gather feedback, and present opportunities for product enhancements or new solutions. Represent HealthBeacon at client meetings, industry conferences, and events CrossâFunctional Collaboration Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams to support successful program delivery. Ensure internal alignment to tailor solutions for specialty pharmacyâfocused patient support programs. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Deliver regular reporting, including Quarterly Business Reviews, demonstrating program outcomes and ROI. Identify risks, improve forecasting accuracy, and recommend program adjustments to meet client goals Strategic Market Input Provide insights on emerging market trends, new medications, and regulatory changes Support commercial strategy development with dataâdriven perspectives. Industry Conferences & Events Represent HealthBeacon externally to build brand presence. Generate new leads and identify partnership opportunities. Reporting & Administrative Activities Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and performance records. Support leadership visibility into client performance and program pipeline Market and Industry Knowledge Stay updated on developments within Digital Health, Specialty Pharmacy, and related regulatory landscapes. Apply insights to strengthen client recommendations and program strategy. Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelorâs degree in Business, Management, Life Sciences, Technology, or related field (required). Certificates in professional selling or digital health (desirable). Experience 1â3 years in account management, sales, business development, or partnerships within healthcare (including pharma) or digital health. Sales experience Strong client relationship management experience. Experience working crossâfunctionally and presenting to stakeholders. Comfortable operating in fastâpaced, highâgrowth environments requiring adaptability. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes. Capability to structure proposals aligned with client needs. Flexibility, time management, and a solutionsâoriented mindset.
