Account Executive

SUMMARY OF ROLE: As an Account Executive at MFUSED, you will be responsible for performing outside sales activities, including making sales, obtaining orders or contracts for services, and promoting the company's products in the cannabis industry within the state assigned. This role requires you to work away from the company's place of business, primarily engaging with clients and customers in various locations. Note: This role is hourly and commission eligible. What You’ll Do: Make sales of MFUSED cannabis products to prospective clients and customers. Obtain orders or contracts for the use of MFUSED products or services. Promote MFUSED products and services by conducting sales presentations and demonstrations. Maintain a deep understanding of the cannabis industry, including market trends and competitor analysis. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to foster long-term partnerships. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements. Other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: High school degree or GED. Previous sales experience is advantageous. At least 21 years old. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation. Willingness to travel within the state. Any required licenses or permits related to the cannabis industry in the state working in. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Knowledge of the cannabis industry and related products is a plus. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using sales software.
