The role involves managing client relationships, supporting integrated campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful creative work.ResponsibilitiesBe a champion for great work by sharing knowledge of the Client, business, and brand and demonstrate strong creative judgment and strategic recommendationsDeliver exceptional Client management and establish trust with Clients, developing strong relationships across departments and among integrated agency partnersDevelop strong relationships with your internal counterparts on the Creative, Strategy, Project Management, and Production teams, demonstrating respect for their roles and creating a collaborative environmentBe the steward of any assigned projects; setting priorities, organizing workstreams, monitoring progress and problem solving for challengesLearn to lead smaller workstreams/campaigns and take the lead in feedback and post-production processesCoordinate schedules and ensuring meetings are scheduled in a timely mannerOwn end-to-end trafficking processSupport the team to execute integrated campaigns, applying your knowledge of production and process. Develop project budgets and ensure projects are running on schedule and in budgetBe knowledgeable of the business, starting to understand the ins and outs of the products, claims, and competitive landscape, to support the team and help the day-to-day business run smoothlyProactively assist in the development of presentations across strategy, creative, and productionSource, identify, and package consumer and culture news/trends/competitive, inspiring agency and Client team’s strategic and creative development and keeping Clients currentContinually seek ways to add value to the Client-Agency relationshipSkillsPassion for the industry, category and creative workExperience working on production across a variety of media channelsStrong client relationship skills and a collaborative spiritCommunications excellence, both verbal and written; you're also a good listenerAbility to be resourceful and think strategically and creativelyCritical thinking and problem-solvingProactive, multi-tasker able to do what it takes to get the job doneDetail-oriented and reliableBachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience1-2 years of agency experienceCompany OverviewMcCann New York is a marketing and advertising company providing proprietary performance analytics, digital, and b2b marketing solutions.
