We're seeking an exceptional Account Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts and drive the adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise, a cutting-edge AI solution launched in August 2023. As a key member of our Go-To-Market team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers unlock the full potential of our AI products and drive business growth.
About the Role
In this strategic role, you will:
Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure, representing OpenAI as a thought leader in AI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals
Develop and execute customized sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
Provide market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap and corporate strategies
Support the development of company culture and contribute to the growth of our high-performing team
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company
A track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for at least 6 years
Expertise in designing and executing complex deal strategies and leading high-visibility customer events
Strong market intelligence and reporting skills, with the ability to gather, distill, and process complex market data
