From facilitating initial conversations, to developing team wide best practices and messaging, you will be an integral member for our GTM team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating excitement about Ditto, and pipeline for our Sales Directors. You’ll get to work alongside an extremely passionate and supportive group, but most importantly you’ll jumpstart your career in an exciting field.As an ADR, you will:Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, delivering high-quality, qualified leads to our team of Sales DirectorsSet qualified introductory meetings for the Sales teamWork closely with Sales Directors to build territory plans and execute against quarterly goalsNurture early phase engagement in order to produce future pipelineConsistently deliver a high level of activity, first researching, then using all tools at your disposal to engage with prospectsThis could be a mix of cold calling, strategic email and social campaignsTrack your activity accordingly within HubSpot and GongCollaborate with Sales and Marketing to build outbound sales campaigns and refine messagingAttend industry trade shows and events, representing Ditto and engaging with customers and prospectsMeet a minimum standard of monthly goals for both inbound and outbound meetings generated and pipeline sourced Understand Ditto’s value proposition and have a basic technical knowledge around the offeringWhat You’ll Need:To be a self-starter and have the ability to work independentlyExcellent communication skillsCollaborative, coachable attitudeEnjoy challenges and real time problem solvingTime management and organisational skillsA desire to learn and progressNice to haves:Previous experience selling, or working against targetsPrevious experience working in a technology start-up, or similar rapidly changing environment Benefits we offer:Competitive salariesStock optionsMedical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverageFlexible spending account (FSA)Flexible vacation policy401(k) plan Office located in Atlanta, GA.
