Account Coordinator, Data & Media

Ibotta is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the data side of the business and work cross-functionally with internal teams, while interfacing directly with clients to promote major CPG brands. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts. Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer ad hoc questions Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recaps), and helping drive incremental revenue Build and distribute custom and syndicated audiences for targeted advertising campaigns Create and monitor seasonal audiences to optimize for increased revenue Manage customer retention marketing (CRM) files from active clients using Ibotta’s boost offering Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere Skills 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus Benefits Flexible time off Benefits package (including medical, dental, vision) Employee Stock Purchase Program 401k match Paid parking Snacks Occasional meals Company Overview Ibotta is a web and mobile application.
