Account Coordinator - Affiliate Marketing Agency
Ikon Digital Media is a premier affiliate marketing agency specializing in driving strategic growth for DTC eCommerce and Amazon brands, leveraging deep expertise in affiliate and performance PR marketing to deliver measurable results. As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support our growing client services team.
This is a unique opportunity to get in early and grow fast. As an Account Coordinator, you'll work across multiple Account Managers' portfolios, supporting campaign execution, partner outreach, reporting, account operations, and much more. You'll gain deep exposure to tier-1 affiliate networks and help manage a variety of programs across Amazon and DTC brands. The path to promotion is expected to be rapid, as our goal is to transition this role into an Account Manager position within 3–6 months based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Account Managers with day-to-day tasks across client accounts, including partner communication, campaign tracking, and reporting.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new affiliate and influencer partners.
• Help maintain campaign performance dashboards and analyze data to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear, actionable insights.
• Research new affiliate partners, publishers, and promotional opportunities to expand client reach.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the smooth execution of account deliverables.
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and innovations across the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience working in affiliate marketing
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Analytical mindset—you enjoy working with data and finding insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a client-facing role.
• Experience with platforms like CJ, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, and/or Amazon affiliate networks.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Preferably based in California.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $65,000 - 70,000 base salary (DOE)
