They are seeking an Account Coordinator to assist in the research, creation, implementation, and measurement of social media and content campaigns, playing a critical role in ensuring brands engage authentically in social environments.ResponsibilitiesExecutes day-to-day community management across client social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)Monitors inbound activity (comments, DMs, mentions, tags) and responds in a timely, brand-aligned, and platform-native voiceIdentifies opportunities to engage beyond owned channels (commenting on relevant creator posts, joining conversations, reacting to cultural moments)Escalates sensitive or high-risk interactions appropriately, demonstrating sound judgment and awarenessMaintains and evolves brand voice guidelines for community engagementFlags recurring questions, feedback, or sentiment trends to inform content and strategyProvide insights for monthly/quarterly reporting based on analytics from social conversation and social trends from the brandActively monitors social platforms for emerging trends, conversations, and cultural momentsSurfaces relevant opportunities for brands to participate in real timeTracks audience sentiment and conversation themes, contributing to weekly/monthly reportingShares platform updates, feature changes, and behavioral shifts with internal teamsSupports content publishing and scheduling across platformsSupports paid social media publishing with an emphasis on Meta Business SuiteAssists in drafting social copy, captions, and reactive postsProvides input on content performance and suggests optimizations based on audience behaviorCollaborates with creative and strategy teams to ensure content aligns with how users engage on each platformOccasionally supports lightweight content creation (e.g., reactive posts, text overlays, simple edits)Works closely with account, strategy, creative, and paid teams to ensure alignment across social effortsSupports execution of broader social campaigns by ensuring community and conversation strategies are integratedParticipates in internal and client status meetings as neededMaintains trackers for community management, escalations, and engagement opportunitiesHelps ensure all social activity is documented and aligned with approvals/processesManages time effectively across multiple clients and prioritiesSkillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook) and how people actually use themDemonstrated interest or experience in community management, social engagement, or digital cultureClear understanding that social is interest and behavior drivenStrong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brandsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflowsAbility to think critically and exercise judgment in real-time interactionsAnalytical mindset with a basic understanding of social metrics (engagement, sentiment, etc.)Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and responsivenessBenefitsHybrid work environment with home and office schedule (2+ days in office per week) and work from anywhere weeksComprehensive health benefits (healthcare, vision, dental, pet, home, and auto insurance)Generous time off policies (unlimited paid time off, wellness days, national holidays, summer Fridays)Four-week sabbatical every five years of employmentExceptional parental leave benefitsGlobal mentorship and networking programsMonthly cell phone reimbursement401k savings and employee stock purchase planVolunteer hours (20 hours annually) for designated non-profit partner and personal choiceGlobally driven DEI initiatives (Employee Advocacy Groups, DEI committee)Career growth opportunities, such as Allison University (multi-day customized trainings for each level)Company OverviewWe’re a global integrated marketing and communications consultancy dedicated to driving growth, innovation and positive change for clients, colleagues and communities.
