Account Coordinator

Roku is changing how the world watches TV and is seeking an Account Coordinator for their Client Services Team. The role involves managing advertising campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, and collaborating with various internal teams to support client goals. Responsibilities Partner with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional advertising campaign support Manage and master tools like SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, Prisma, and other systems critical to campaign execution Support campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, including creative asset QA, tag mapping, and measurement setup Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, flag critical data to Sales and Client Services leads, and provide actionable insights to drive upselling and campaign renewals Develop a deep understanding of the Roku platform, ad products, and the evolving media landscape to effectively support client goals Monitor campaign performance and pacing, providing insights for upselling and renewals Troubleshoot campaign issues collaboratively with teams like Ad Operations, Billing, and Measurement Create post-campaign wrap reports tailored to client needs and account tiers Ensure accurate pipeline management and timely IO processing for seamless campaign launches Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure satisfaction and trust Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience presenting to external clients (e.g., wrap reports, pacing updates, or billing deliverables) Comfort managing tier 3 accounts end-to-end with minimal support Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools (a plus) Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Benefits Health insurance Equity awards Life insurance Disability benefits Parental leave Wellness benefits Paid time off Healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) Life Accident Disability Commuter Retirement options (401(k)/pension) Company Overview Roku develops video streaming devices that provide users access to Internet-streamed video or audio services.
