I have been a State Farm agent for 19 years and am proud to continue my family's legacy as a third-generation agent. Our office is located in a great space with an amenity center offering free coffee and tea, and most of our team members enjoy individual offices rather than cubicles. We have a close-knit team of four, along with additional shared team members, and we work together to create a supportive and successful environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
? Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
? Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
? Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent customer service and communication skills.
? Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
