Role Summary The Account Associate, Employee Benefits plays a vital role in supporting the Employee Benefits Team at the Lubbock branch by working closely with the Account Manager(s) and/or Account Executive(s) to ensure smooth operations and a high level of client support. What You Will Do
Support carrier implementation and renewal processing
Manage day-to-day service account requests
Create and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation
Assist with client material creation
Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing
Handle local office and department administrative responsibilities
What You Will Bring
2 years of administrative experience preferred
Bachelor's degree required in leu of experience
A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
Desire to learn and grow in the employee benefits field
