We are looking for a detail-oriented
Account Assistant
to join our growing team and play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate and seamless. What you will do:
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Handle bookkeeping and transaction recording in QuickBooks
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Maintain and optimize financial data in Google Sheets
• Support audits, budgets, and ad hoc financial projects
What you need:
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper, or Accounting Associate
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong command of Google Sheets including formulas and data organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be based in the USA and available for extended or weekend hours when needed
Bonus if you have:
• Prior payroll processing experience
• Experience supporting remote teams
• Familiarity with audit and financial compliance standards
