Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in selecting and booking accommodations that match their preferences and budget
• Provide expert recommendations on hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals
• Coordinate special requests, including accessibility needs and amenities
• Ensure seamless booking experiences by managing reservations and handling modifications or cancellations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, pricing, and promotions
• Communicate effectively with clients and hospitality partners to ensure a smooth experience

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests
• Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but training is provided
• Familiarity with booking platforms and travel industry tools is a plus
