Academy Online Middle and Upper School Teachers, Part-Time
We are seeking dedicated and innovative Online Middle and High School Teachers to deliver engaging, asynchronous instruction to students in a virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate will create and facilitate an interactive, supportive online classroom that fosters student success.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and assessments.
ā¢ Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively reaching out to support learning.
ā¢ Foster a positive and inclusive online learning community.
ā¢ Integrate spiritual formation into instruction, encouraging character development and ethical decision-making.
ā¢ Communicate regularly with students, parents, and support staff to ensure academic success.
ā¢ Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate instruction.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
ā¢ Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level and subject.
ā¢ Experience in online teaching and familiarity with best practices for virtual education.
ā¢ Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
This position requires an educator who is passionate about student-centered online learning and committed to fostering meaningful virtual connections to support student growth.
