The SAP Academy for Services & Consulting is a development program designed for talent who are early in their career. Responsibilities • Successfully complete a 12-month learn-apply program, which includes classroom phases and field phases with your field team. • Immerse yourself in multi-dimensional, experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business and technology acumen, solution/industry knowledge, and strategy/tools/process. • Enhance skills around our solution portfolio, managing customer retention, and driving value realization. • Receive onboarding in your local market with on-the-job training and mentoring by a senior APM professional in the field. • Work both behind the scenes and directly with customers. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance, Project Management, or related. • 2-3 years of corporate work experience working with SAP Enterprise, Industry, Platform, and SaaS Solutions. • Fast learner with a strong foundation in SAP technologies, project coordination, and delivery support. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or comparable tools) with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset. • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated team player who can also work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
