What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist in the implementation of the Boston Bolts coaching philosophy
Perform in-depth analysis on diverse data sets from MLS Next and NAL games
Develop and implement advanced performance analytics strategies for Elite Pathway teams
Create compelling visualizations and reports to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Liaise with players and staff regarding player development progress
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Quick learner capable of functioning in a fast-paced sports environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior soccer experience strongly preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Python
Previous work in data analytics
