As an Academic Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment for students in grades 4-10, providing online audio/video classes, and clarifying doubts to strengthen their understanding of Science and Mathematics concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online audio/video classes and provide error-free step-by-step solutions to student queries
Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and outcomes
Collaborate with our team to achieve educational goals and objectives
Requirements:
0-5 years of experience in teaching or education, with a strong passion for creating an impact in the field
Strong subject knowledge in Science and Mathematics for grades 4-10
Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and camera-facing skills
Ability to adapt to new concepts, tools, and technologies
Self-driven, quick learner, and able to multi-task and think creatively
