Academic Advisor, Online Student Services
About the position Responsibilities • Advise students on academic curriculum, policies, and procedures. • Provide support for students at-risk or on probation with recommendations for improvement. • Create and implement orientation programs for online degree students. • Develop and execute co-curricular and retention programs for online students. • Assist with delivering other student services functions as part of the Online Student Services team. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. • 2+ years of relevant experience in student advising or supervision. Nice-to-haves • Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel Administration, Counseling, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience advising graduate students at the college or university level. • Experience in developing and executing co-curricular programs. • Familiarity with computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, and/or technology fields. Benefits • Competitive salary range of USD $70,000.00 to USD $77,000.00. • Hybrid remote work classification (60% to 80% onsite). • Opportunities for professional development and growth.
