ABM Manager

We work closely across Marketing and Revenue teams, with strong partnership across PMM, Content, Creative, RevOps, Sales, and external agency partners. It is a strong fit for someone who wants to deepen their expertise, expand their scope, and drive visible impact in a high-accountability environment.We’re looking for a Digital Account-Based Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital programs that support our account-based marketing strategy. This role helps translate target account priorities, audience insights, and campaign goals into coordinated paid media programs that increase account engagement, expand buying group reach, and support pipeline progression. This is not a broad-based demand generation role focused on volume. It is a targeted digital marketing role that applies an ABM lens to audience selection, messaging, channel strategy, and performance measurement.In this role, you’ll: Execute and optimize digital campaigns that support account-based marketing programs across named accounts, buying groups, and priority segmentsTranslate account priorities, persona strategy, buying stages, and intent signals into digital activation plans across paid search, paid social, display, and DemandbaseManage Demandbase activation, including audience segmentation, display orchestration, campaign setup, and alignment to broader campaign goalsWrite and refine paid media copy, campaign hooks, taglines, and ad concepts tailored to target personas and account segmentsCollaborate with PMM, Content, Creative, and Sales to align campaign messaging, creative, and digital execution to account priorities and campaign objectivesManage the agency relationship while contributing directly to campaign planning, testing, and optimizationSupport digital ABM motions including awareness, retargeting, re-engagement, and progression of engaged accountsMonitor performance and optimize campaigns based on channel metrics and ABM outcomes, including target account reach, engaged accounts, buying group penetration, meetings, influenced pipeline, and account progressionPartner with Demand Gen, RevOps, and analytics teams to strengthen targeting, measurement, reporting, and campaign insightsWe’re looking for candidates who have: 4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ABM, paid media, or demand generationExperience running digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and account-based advertising platformsA strong understanding of how digital marketing supports named account programs, persona targeting, buying group engagement, and account progressionExperience managing external agencies and coordinating campaign execution across multiple channelsStrong knowledge of audience targeting, testing, creative performance, and campaign optimizationThe ability to work effectively across Sales, PMM, Content, Creative, Demand Gen, and RevOpsStrong project management and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical skills and the ability to connect campaign performance to account engagement and pipeline outcomesGood creative judgment and comfort providing input on paid messaging, ad concepts, and digital executionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Demandbase or a similar ABM platformNice to have experience: Experience working in a B2B SaaS environmentFamiliarity with account tiering, buying group strategy, and intent-based targetingExperience supporting account re-engagement or opportunity acceleration programsExperience partnering closely with product marketing and sales on integrated account-based campaignsTechnologies we use:DemandbaseGoogle AdsLinkedIn Campaign ManagerSalesforceMarketoGoogle AnalyticsAbout ChainalysisBlockchain technology is powering a growing wave of innovation.
