ABA Therapy Clinical Director

Clinical Director (BCBA) Location: Fully Remote - Preferably living in Florida (with travel to service areas as needed) Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually (based on experience) About House of Hearts ABA At House of Hearts ABA, we care deeply about two things: delivering exceptional care to families and building a company that actually works — for our clients, our team, and the long term. The Role This is a Clinical Director position for someone who doesn’t just want to manage cases — but wants to lead people, build systems, and help shape how a company operates. You’ll be overseeing a team of BCBAs while also owning key parts of the operation — intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting. This role sits right in the middle of clinical quality and business performance. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading the Clinical Team Mentor, support, and develop a team of BCBAs Maintain strong clinical standards across all cases Be a resource for clinical decision-making and case support Ensure compliance while keeping quality at the center Owning the Operation Oversee intake and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize consistency and utilization Support and collaborate on recruiting efforts (BCBAs & RBTs) Identify gaps and fix what’s not working — not just maintain it Driving Growth Work closely with leadership on expansion into new areas Help build systems that scale, not ones that break under pressure Track and improve key metrics like utilization, retention, and team performance Who This Is For You’re a BCBA in good standing You’ve had leadership experience and actually enjoy leading people You understand the operational side of ABA — not just clinical work You’re a self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do You take ownership and follow through You’re energized by growth, not overwhelmed by it You want to build something — not just maintain what already exists What You’ll Get $90,000 – $120,000 salary (based on experience) Fully remote role with flexibility Opportunity to travel and connect with teams in service areas A real path into higher-level leadership The ability to make a meaningful impact on both people and the business Final Note This role isn’t for someone looking to coast.
