About the Job Behavior Technician / RBT (Afternoons, Evenings & Weekends) - PART TIME - SIGN-ON BONUS! Location In-home sessions (home-based services) Status Part-time with potential to grow into full-time Schedule Afternoons, evenings, and weekends required Mileage Reimbursement Included Training All training provided - no experience necessary! Position Highlights • Provide 11 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. • Help clients build communication, daily living, and social skills. • Record data and monitor progress toward goals. • Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment. • Collaborate with families and clinical team members. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (transcripts required). • Reliable transportation (for travel to client homes - mileage reimbursed). • Evening and weekend availability. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Must complete onboarding and credentialing documentation, including • Resume • Negative TB test • State credentialing documents No Experience?
