I am seeking a web design and systems partner to support a website and digital infrastructure redesign for my private aesthetics and wellness practice based in Edmonds, WA.
I am not looking for a full rebuild. I need someone to refine and reposition an existing WordPress site with a focus on conversion, local SEO, and simplifying the service structure into a method-based model with conversion focus in mind.
Key needs include improving user experience and booking flow, removing add-on/enhancement structures, optimizing service clarity, and ensuring the site supports both high-end skincare treatments and Pilates offerings as distinct but aligned pillars.
I am looking for a team experienced in service-based business conversion, local SEO, and systems integration—not only (but also) visual design. The goal is to create a cohesive digital ecosystem that supports consistent client bookings and long-term business growth.
WordPress / Hostinger expert
integration cleanup across Square booking (which I can handle)
email marketing set up (should already be set up, but project was abandoned and I don’t know how)
intake forms (need to be connected upon client booking)
compliance tools (most of it should already be in place
fix typography in area
blog layout (blogs are already on site, but could use refinement with option to add blogs)
not only looking for traffic, but also conversion + positioning
must be able to show examples of work
