About the project As a Technical Lead React Native Engineer, you will lead our React Native upgrade initiative. You will be responsible for ensuring the app meets compliance standards, improving performance and load times, and leading the mobile deployment process. This is a leadership role, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to mentor and guide engineers as needed. How your day-to-day work will look like ✅ Led the migration of React Native libraries to ensure App Store and Play Store compliance. ✅ Define and implement a mobile security and compliance strategy. ✅ Optimize code and performance to reduce load times. ✅ Establish best practices for mobile deployments using Bitrise and TestFlight. ✅ Oversee the use of feature flags for controlled rollouts and A/B testing. ✅ Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices. This would make you the ideal candidate ✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ✨ 7+ Years of experience working in React Native development. ✨ Leadership experience. ✨ Experience compliance and security expertise in mobile development. ✨ Hands-on experience with major React Native upgrades and migrations. ✨ Experience deploying apps using Bitrise and TestFlight. ✨ Familiarity with feature flagging and release management. ✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
