Responsibilities:
Intrado is looking to hire a 911 Accuracy Coordinator to join our team. Essential Duties: Responsible for performing VOWFi subscriber data maintenance by data entering information in accordance to established departmental proceduresPerform data preparation for call routing ensuring 100% accuracyServe as the point of contact for all Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)/account customers/end users by making follow-up calls, sending emails or responding to help desk tickets as necessaryPrepare and distribute a variety of reports as requested by supervisorManage workload independently while also establishing a good working relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being providedApplicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:Education:High school diploma or GED requiredExperience:Minimum two years clerical, data entry or customer service experience requiredExperience in a public safety or 9-1-1 industry environment preferredBasic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
