They need this person to be able to develop features from idea to deployment. This person will also be working on enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes. More backend than most. We are pretty light on JS side as it’s vanilla and .NET MVC. A lot of things are done in our background jobs. Some of the main responsibilities for the role include: Building out new state-based finance reporting. This is based on different file formats. There is a spec sheet for each state, and it is very transaction/accounting-based. A lot of PDF work here, too Our most heavily unit-tested feature as well New features for the CRM. Mobile app lags and is more of a “light” version. New integrations to other apps and adding more to our Zapier integration Maybe some AI things with our existing framework. Updates to our email marketing features. Currently processing 150m+ events a month and growing. Bug Fix Technical Requirements and Preferred Experience - +90% English written and oral (at least B2 level) with excellent communication skills - Core Technologies .NET (9.0 preferred) – Strong proficiency in .NET is important; however, candidates with solid foundational experience in earlier versions may be considered. Microsoft SQL Server 2022 - Required. - Trainable Technologies ClickHouse 24.7 – Trainable as long as they have SQL skills Redis – Familiarity with key-value stores or caching mechanisms is helpful; trainable. Kafka – Candidates with experience in other messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ) are trainable. SignalR Hangfire Stripe Aspire 9.3 AWS (SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront) – Experience with AWS services is a strong asset; familiarity with cloud environments is preferred. TeamCity & Octopus Deploy – Experience in CI/CD pipelines or general DevOps practices is desirable. MAUI Blazor Hybrid – Trainable; prior experience with Xamarin or MAUI significantly eases the learning curve.
