Join our healthcare team and make an immediate impact from anywhere in the U.S. ProFee E/M Coder Job Details β’ Location: Remote (supporting Lubbock, TX 79412 β Texas healthcare jobs) β’ Start Date: August 18, 2025 β’ Contract Duration: Initial 8-week contract to clear backlog (~1,500 charts), with strong potential for extension β’ Schedule: Full-time, 5 shifts per week, 8-hour days (40 hours/week) β’ Specialty: Internal Medicine, Professional Fee (ProFee) E/M Coding β’ Production Expectations: 18β23 medical charts per hour β’ Systems: CodeAssist (medical coding software experience preferred) ProFee E/M Coder Qualifications β’ Bachelor's degree required β’ Minimum 1 year of experience in ProFee E/M coding (healthcare coding jobs experience) β’ Demonstrated proficiency with Internal Medicine chart types and E/M coding guidelines β’ Ability to meet or exceed medical coding production standards in a fast-paced environment β’ Experience with CodeAssist or similar healthcare coding systems preferred Medical Coding Responsibilities β’ Review and accurately code Internal Medicine professional fee (ProFee) charts, focusing on Evaluation and Management (E/M) services β’ Consistently meet or exceed productivity targets (18β23 notes per hour) while maintaining high coding accuracy β’ Utilize CodeAssist and other medical coding software to ensure efficient workflow and compliance β’ Collaborate with healthcare team members and leadership to resolve coding questions and ensure adherence to industry standards β’ Contribute to backlog clearance and support ongoing healthcare coding needs as required Apply now to join our remote healthcare coding team and support Internal Medicine professionals in Lubbock, Texas!
