3D Artists (Volunteer)

Pixelbot is a newly established, independent 3D production studio operating on a volunteer basis. Our mission is to bridge the gap between aspiring talent and industry standards by fostering a collaborative community of artists. We are dedicated to providing a platform where creatives can sharpen their technical skills, build high-quality portfolios, and access professional networking opportunities within a structured production environment. We are currently expanding our creative team for an internal 3D short film. Our goal is to produce high-fidelity, stylized content while maintaining the technical rigor of a major studio. Available Volunteer Positions: • 3D Animators: Artists capable of bringing characters and environments to life through stylized, high-energy movement. • 3D Generalists: Individuals capable of assisting with layout, lighting, and general production tasks. • Character and Prop Modelers: Artists focused on stylized assets with clean, production-ready topology. • Texture and Look Development Artists: Individuals experienced in PBR workflows and the creation of cohesive material libraries. • Storyboard Artists: Creative leads who can translate script beats into dynamic compositions and animatics. The Pixelbot Experience: • Mentorship: Work within a pipeline designed around industry standards, including version control and asset optimization. • Portfolio Development: This project is intended to serve as a high-quality showcase for all contributors. • Community and Networking: Join a growing network of like-minded professionals and receive guidance on navigating the 3D industry. • Remote Flexibility: We offer a digital-first environment that respects existing personal and professional commitments.
